DESCRIPTION:FilmSim events and Eye LARP proudly presents a Kitty Dobson production: \nBindrune \nEpisode 2: The Goat and The Fox \nNovember 26th – 28th 2021. \nWelsh Drive\, Eversley \nTickets price £75 for the Early Bird with a £35 deposit until the 2nd October 2021.\nTicket Price from the 3rd October 2021 will be £85 with a £45 deposit.\nPlease see booking details below.\nCapped at 50 players and 30 crew. \n  \nStory So Far \n\nIt is two seasons since Prince Thorstein Refskegging called the Clans to him at the ancient capital of Grimmfold seeking an answer to his dreams.\nA long-abandoned longhall\, with a long-dead corpse within provided only more questions\, as the clansfolk dealt with raids from the Brúsingr – the Goat Clan – and reports of attacks on the coast.\nA group of shipwrecked Vikingr from Hålogaland in the far north of the mainland brought confirmation of lands to the west beyond Hjaltland\, and a warning that the people there have great riches in their temples\, but their seas are even more dangerous than their warriors.\nA well-seasoned warrior of the Brúsingr was captured and held ransom with some of his raiders\, who revealed their king had been paid handsomely to raid the Manafolk\, with talk of a marriage alliance to Queen Gunnhild of Vestfold as further incentive.\nThe Vølva and Seidr of the clans worked in unison to discover the identity of the corpse who had gone to such pains to seal themselves in their own tomb – a mystic who had had dreams exactly like the Prince’s; of uniting the clans in the goal of exploration and conquest rather than petty border squabbles. The meeting had ended in blood\, with old grudges and blood feuds raised\, along with axes. With an arrow in her chest\, she gathered the ingredients for a ghost fence\, sealed the door\, and waited.\nHer name – Randvi Brúsingr\, of the Goat Clan.\nWith an attack from Jomsvikings and Vestfold warriors expected\, the Clansfolk rushed to a coastal fort\, to retake it for Manafell\, and push all who stood in their way into the sea…\n\n\nKing Refskegg has heard the story of what his son and followers managed\, and for the first time in a decade\, King Brúsingr is willing to meet and discuss terms. At the winter solstice\, the Clans will drink\, feast\, and if the terms are acceptable – bury old grudges.
